The client required a platform that creates a bridge between economists & industry experts to simplify & clarify the economic regulation workflows in the construction domain & create an application where each step of progress can be tracked & approved by involved parties (Contractor, Client, and Subcontractor).  

Proposed Solution

  • The user was provided with an option to set up multiple projects & assign those to different roles available.
  • Facility of admin panel was provided to control all the attributes with the ability to assign & track tasks using team board functionality.
  • A predefined format for BOQ was uploaded & then used for tracking communication & billing.
  • Ability to track, analyze, monitor & view key metrics & graphical representation for approved amount, initial contract sum & final contract sum.
  • Tracking each BOQ with the ability to create new projects, and add team members to the project.
